What's the FREEZE FACTOR?

Meteorologist Amy Freeze rates the day's weather on a scale of 1 to 10.  It's an unscientific measure of what the day will feel like, be like, and look like.  Taking into consideration the climate of the area, day of the week, and maybe even her mood, Freeze rates the day.
